Preparation of hiring Document of employees such as Application forms ,Offfer letter, Appointment letter Contracts.Record and maintained properly employee and patient data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Managing all recruitment process of employees such as job posting screening short listing and conduct interview.Lead performance appraisal system and initiatives such as inspection record and rate performance with the help of 360 degree feedback and MBO.Maintain accurate attendance and leave record of all employees.Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements such as EOBI and social security.Handle all Taxation matters such as (FBR /PRA) make monthly pra tax challans and submission of professional tax.Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure adequate inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and timely delivery.Conduct exit interviews and manage resignation effectively.Account Maintenance along with management of cash inflow and outflow.Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absence , Bonus ,Leaves etc.) along with issuing monthly payslips.Designing programs to reward employees such as Incentives ,bonuses, raises and profit sharing for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level.Managing employee relation by resolving all sort of conflicts to maintain job satisfation and productivity.Conduct employee orientations to familiarize employees with the companys ethics and culture.Manage a team of administrative personnel, including receptionists, nurses, and clerical staff. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and productivity.
