Working as Social Mobilizer to support in WASH activities

1. To be responsible for implementation of all project activities in his/her respective assigned area.

2. Follow the implementation plan develop for prototypes based on guidance received from donor.

3. Ensure regular community engagement to implement developed prototypes.

4. Facilitate partnerships local community health workers & and local health department

5. Engage caregivers, community influencers and service focal points through community engagement structures to connect for identification, referrals and implementation of solutions at community level

6. Ensure proper Engagement with women and men community leaders and influencers to foster community support and participation

7. Conduct of awareness campaigns to promote the immunisation initiatives

8. Facilitate community dialogues that include women’s and adolescent girls’ voices and perspectives, ensuring their concerns and suggestions are heard and addressed

9. Engage adolescents’ girls and boys in community engagement activities.

10. Support vaccination teams in improving community engagement in Micro plans.

11. Train community health workers, with a focus on female health workers, to engage with families and communities effectively, emphasizing the importance of immunization for all genders.

12. Ensure implementation of gender and beneficiaries Safeguarding awareness at community level

13. To participate in planning and coordination meetings at field level.

14. To identify/supervise and collect the data from assigned location of project Union Councils.

15. To seek the community feedback and document, as well as bring this in the relevant forum for the discussion.

16. To identify the community focal persons in the relevant areas, by following set criteria, and engage them in the activities on volunteer basis, when required

17. To develop Micro planning, as per the guidance and supervision of District Project Officer, and maintain daily diary for the activities.

18. To validate the project related data on regular basis.

19. All field level observations to be maintained on regular basis and shared with the DPO for further action.

20. To perform any other duties / assignment that may be assigned by the organization as and when required for the effective implementation of the project
