· Assist Manager Marketing for managing Marketing & Sales function.
· Reporting to Manager Marketing and Executive Director of the company.
· Domestic/Global Marketing and Competitor Analysis
· Establishing product specification in accordance with customer, industrial as well as recommended standards.
· Sales Forecasting for Cement markets.
· Planning of Product delivery in accordance with customer requirement and production capacity.
· Issuance of Sales Orders to Production and concerned departments.
· Ensuring complete, timely and safe delivery of goods.
· Monitoring of credit limit/ recovery of receivables.
· Establishing customer visit plans and ensuring its implementation.
· Handling of customer complaints & feedback.
· Documentation of export based orders and tracking all relevant activities.
· Preparing, analyzing and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual sales and recovery report.
· Any other task assigned by Manager Marketing and top management.
