To assist all in all Recruitment & Selection related activities.
To maintain all employee's personal records.
To scan employee files and maintain the e-file system.
To handle all HR-related printing material.
To maintain and update the CV Database on a regular basis.
To act as a resource to employees for resolving workplace issues.
Any other work delegated by the manager HR/Assistant Manager HR.
Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.

Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
Development of HRMS and Payroll modules in coordination with different IT teams, that involves requirementsidentification, design & implementation of modules (i.e. Employee Manager, Payroll, Attendance Management, Team Systemand automation of emails like Increments, Incentives, Resign, Policies).Processing payroll of all Pakistan offices, sending verification emails to employees, reconciling payroll discrepancies andmaking salary adjustments.Enhancement in leave and attendance module.Reporting bugs/follow up with MIS team.Coordinating with the Soft team for development of different checks in HRMS related forms.Managing organizational charts and team systems in HRIS accordingly.Handling employee grievances.Conducting HR interviews.Assist lead of Talent Acquisition Team in mutual activities.
