Designed and implemented a Conditional Cash Transfer intervention aimed at enhancing the uptake of Health and Nutrition services among beneficiaries of BISP BNP.
Developed strategies to achieve the following primary objectives:

Prevention of stunting in children under two years of age.
Promotion of improved weight gain among pregnant women during pregnancy.
Reduction of anaemia and micronutrient deficiencies.
Enhancement of awareness regarding maternal and early child health and nutrition.
Reduction of disease burden through increased utilization of available health and nutrition services.
Prevention of low birth weight through targeted interventions.

Developed standardized tests integrated within the curriculum for assessment.

Teaching children in an alternative learning centre provided by NCHD in the community for Grades 1-3
