Provide information and orientation to customers on projects being undertaken by the company. This was done through personal calls, seminars, electronically or in face to face meetings. Responsibilities also included customer complaints and their early resolution. Due to the performance, I was rewarded through regular increments each year.
CREDIT OFFICER
As one of the first employees of the organisation in Sukkur, I was given the responsibility of extending credit to deserving individuals. In this capacity I contacted a survey of over 20 villages and extended credit to over 250 borrowers. Responsibilities included not only the disbursement, but also recovery of loans extended. As part of the BRAC team, I was responsible for Group formation and management, including holding weekly meetings, presentation of regular field and financial reports, and credit portfolio management.
