Manufacturing Department Intern:
Automation of brazing and seam wealding:
• Conducted research and analyzed data to automate the brazing and seam welding process at Atlas Honda Limited.
• Tested alternative solutions to ensure they present production quality and prepared reports and presentations to communicate findings to the team and management.
Internship Project: Enhancing fuel tank painting (New hanger Design)
• Proposed Innovative redesign and insulation of electrostatic paint hangers for optimal efficiency and quality.
• Designed the new (3D CAD Model) in solidworks and performed a detailed analysis for the paint flow (spray) and accumulation on the fuel tanks and calculated the results for the new hanger using Ansys (Fluent).
• Conducted a detailed Comparison and found that new hanger improves the efficiency by 42% as compared to old hanger.
