Duties and Responsibilities
1. Review and evaluation Consult with other professionals about the design, ensure the appropriate involvement of structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines in the process of concept designs and design development phases. Review the all design/project meetings with various parties
2. Consultation, coordination & evaluation Attend weekly progress meeting that organized by the
consultant to manage site wor coordination with other contractors, designers and parties involved. To process incoming work requests and distributing to the technical team . Following up on job completion and feeding back information into the computer system.
3. Contractual Obligation
During the construction stage ensure that all contract
documents and drawings are regularly up-dated statutory authority submissions are timely
developed, checked and verified for submission in the correct format and meet contractual obligations.
4. Drawings Revisions and approvals Monitor the progress of design development process
and drawings submitted by the consultants. Regular review of the contract, method statements, special requirements (from specifications) and extract design information pertinent to the overall project. Preparing the time schedule needed and ensuring project documents are completed and stored appropriately.
