Responsibilities & Authorities
Job Description: Under the supervision of MEAL Coordinator (head office), Mr. Shahbaz was responsible to look after the data and information management of the district office at Qamber Shahdakot. Mr. Shahbaz provided support to head office in the centralization of data and maintaining the knowledge hub.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordination with field teams and other project staff on regular reporting of field assessments, surveys and data collection work
- Development of project database for different activities
- Receiving and entry of data from field through MS. Excel
- Record all data in the database for the project
- Cleaning of Data received from field on MS. Excel
- Compilation of different data sets related to project activities
- Maintain project related filing of all components
- Archiving of data from hard to soft form
- Develop monthly workflow chart with analysis of progress
