Economist and professional Project Coordinator, currently implementing a project on Civil Society Organizations, good governance, and public service delivery, funded by Europiunion. As MEAL Officer I have Concluded projects including; Emergency response, WASH, food security, livelihood, education and temporary learning centers, and livestock.
While implementing projects, I established MEAL framework which helped to achieve project objectives/outcomes. Efficiently conducted several baseline, midline, and Endlien surveys and resulted in data analysis reports of both areas of data type; qualitative and quantitative data, using numerous tools; KOBO, SPSS, Typeform, and advanced Excel.

Lead the process, overall planning ensuring all agreed activities and targets have been included in the plan and ensure that field teams have required resources for the implementation of the project.
Provided the strategic direction to programme teams in the district for effective implementation of the programme as per approved programme documents.
Liaising development between project stakeholders, including district administration; District Education Officer, and Taluka Education Officers, to ensure alignment of project objectives with governmental priorities.
Coordinated with local authorities to identify community needs and leverage resources for programs and initiatives.
Develop strong coordination with district administration including DEO, WASA, and NDMA.
After my second promotion from MIS Officer to MEAL Officer I performed my all responsibilities accordingly.

Undertook comprehensive field visits to target populations in flood-affected areas as per project criteria, effectively assessing needs and delivering timely humanitarian assistance.
Identified suitable locations for establishing Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) in line with the project\'s design and objectives. The selection process ensured the provision of safe and accessible educational facilities for children affected by floods.
Coordination and liaison with communities to enroll children in schools, fostering community engagement and participation in education initiatives. By building trust and rapport with community members.
Maintained comprehensive documentation and submitted daily, weekly, and monthly updates regarding TLCs, student attendance, teacher training attendance, and community meetings.
Right after one month of working as a social mobilizer in TRDP, I was promoted from social mobilizer to MIS Officer. As MIS Officer I played a vital role in developing accurate data loop and managed the database.

Data Entry of Child Protection and Gender-Based Violence beneficiaries\' and students of temporary learning centers by proficiently operating data entry equipment and coded information and resolved processing problems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the recorded data.
Prepared, compiled, and sorted numerous documents essential for data entry of both projects. Organized documents meticulously to facilitate efficient data input processes, contributing to streamlined project operations.
Data cleaning of temporary learning centers students and online data entry on RSU portal.
Combined and rearranged data from various source documents as necessary, optimizing data organization and coherence. This ensured that the recorded data aligned with project requirements and objectives.
Entering data from source documents of both projects into database, this meticulous approach maintained data accuracy and completeness, supporting informed decision-making and effective project management.
I joind TRDP as a Social Mobilizer and performed my all responsibilities accordingly including:
Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to flood-affected area as per project criteria.
Identification for establish Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) as per project design.
To build capacity of teachers for Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) in a project.
Responsible for coordination/liaison with communities to enroll their children in school, who were already admitted in the school before flood to ensure the continuity of their education.
