Community Mobilizer
• Conducting rapid need assessments and surveys at field level for identification of beneficiaries at community level.
• Identification of CRPs at community level.
• Formation and revitalization CBO / father support groups and mother support group (FSP/ MSG) at community.

Nutrition Assistant/worker
• Compile, organize and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries referred to the OTP/SFP sites by documenting all the essential information in a hard copy according to the standard OTP/SFP recording format and standards of the ACF.
• Problem solve of beneficiary’s complaint related to records and admission criteria.
• To counsel all patients for further follow-ups through Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNVs).
• Work with the outreach teams to develop and maintain a referral system at a community level. Engage CNV in referring malnourished children and pregnant and lactating women with special attention to the basic health units.
• Provide feedback on the status of the supplies to the OTP/SFP Supervisor.
• Participate in the development of fact sheets and other training materials as required for the MOH health staff.
• Assist the OTP/SFP Supervisor in providing MOH staff with technical support in convening meetings and answering questions on topics relevant to the project.
• Collaborate with the MOH staff at the health centers for the day-to-day implementation of the OTP/SFP services by developing new measures and/or maintaining existing measures as directed.
• Work with topic-specific team members within the health centers to produce aligned working relations.
• Update technical specifications for the MOH staff as needed as per the OTP/SFP Team Leader’s direction.
• Check the condition of anthropometric materials received or to be sent, and verify the accuracy of any previous inventory of the tools Responsible for proper handling of weighing and measuring equipment. • Develop strategy of community interaction and hold first dialogues meetings with the communities for project interventions.
• To liaise with the community to ensure their participation and that community is responding to identified.
• Introduce the program concept and develop a long-term vision of the program in the communities.
• Prepare a profile of the area by collecting data on project area statistics particularly on status of the area population and division into better off, well off, poor, poorest and destitute.
