Responsibilities / Duties

Preparing & submitting Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and obtaining approval from consultants / clients.
Creating and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
Managing cash flow and expenses to stay within budget
To work on Rate Analysis as Per Market Fluctuation
Developing precise shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), drafting agreements, and verifying subcontractor bills for accuracy and compliance.
Creating accurate plan & profile drawings and X-sections based on site requirements using Civil 3D for optimized project execution.
Proficiently handle all types of AutoCAD and Civil 3D tasks
Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of construction activities, ensuring alignment with approved designs, drawings, and variation orders for quality and compliance.
Working with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and ensure successful completion
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, giving clear project updates to the consultant.

Responsibilities / Duties

Preparing detailed BOQs (Civil, MEP and Finishing works) as per Design Drawings
Preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), Agreements and Subcontractor Bills
Engaged in the Management of Cash Flow and Expenditure
To work on Rate Analysis as Per Market Fluctuation
Implementation and monitor all construction-related activities in line with approved design, drawings and approved variation orders.
Coordinating with client, consultant, and sub-contractors to deliver project outcomes on time
Draw Plan & Profile and X-Sections as per site requirements using Civil 3D
Proficiently handle all types of AutoCAD and Civil 3D tasks
Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports and presented project updates to consultant
Preparing monthly weather reports, demand reports, and procurement reports.
