1.Advice the project in designing and establishing a procurement and Supply Chain cell for the project. Identifying critical policies, World Bank fiduciary and Procurement Regulations, business operations and other day to day matters.

Led local procurement and Imports for new cement line (CHERAT II) of 4200 tons per day in addition to existing plant of 3400 tons per day. The approx. value of the project is 17 Billion PKRs and in completed Nov 2016. (CAPEX).
Responsible for Cherat 3rd line project (CAPEX) Procurement (Local/Import) which includes Civil, plant erection, electrical and instrumentation contracts. The project started in May 2017.
Led supply chain team in schedule plant shut down and ensuring the availability of required consumables and spares.
Supervised a team of 09-10 Officers including Deputy Managers and seniors officers.
