Point of contact for all employees, provide administrative support and manage their queries. Manage office stock, direct and assist visitors and organize company records.
• Maintain all bank systematically and manually records of the company
• Prepare invoices for the sold and to be sold products
• Maintain inventory and cross check weekly
• Receive emails, attend all important calls and keep record
• Prepare and distribute salaries among employees
•Handle customer inquiries, try best to resolve and re arrange timely deliveries for the next working day
•Excellent knowledge of safe handling procedures for the transport and delivery of confidential documents or sensitive material
•Keep the front desk neat and tidy, and all stationary ready for use
•Able to provide effective client service in person, by telephone and electronic messaging including dealing with difficult clients
•Move different language speakers to relevant counters and maintain discipline in reception area
• Monitor and analyze market trends
• Explore ways of improving existing services, and increasing profitability
• Identify target markets and develop strategies to enhance company’s PR
• Manage the production of promotional material
• Help university students in launching their final project campaigns
