Evaluate the performance of various sites and coordinate with site managers for regular capacity building of staff as and when required.
Support field staff regarding dynamics of spot, home visits concerning motivational counseling, refills and adherence on ARVs.
Review site wise achieved targets through MIS reports and provide feedback through emails.
check client files consistency in hard & soft records such as baseline investigations, ART registration, ARV distribution logs, Service delivery sheets, HCV and other co-infections to ensure quality of services being provided to clients.
Regularly review performance concerning program protocols & guidelines and ensure Implementation of feedback and recommendations provided by M & E department.
Closely work with MIS department for development of reports and city-wise targets for each reporting period.
During field visit evaluate performance, share findings on implementation of SOPs, protocols and prepare reports accordingly.
Identify missing data or inconsistencies and inform such errors to concern sites.
During field visit Interact with clients as per organization policy/ requirement.
Participate in internal meetings as per organization policy/requirements.
Can manage internal and external audit team visits such as LFA/UNDP/Global fund etc.
Experience to manage and distribute workload according to the requirement.
Perform any task assign by Line manager/ senior managment.
Experience to maintain purchasing records such as RFQs, GRNs, DCs, Purchase orders, preperation of contracts, forecasting of goods, Tendering procedures, comparative statements as per PPRA rules, handle insurance plans and services contracts.
Manage stocks in bulk, store ledgers and bin cards in all type of warehouses as per organization requirement.
Co-ordinate with suppliers for timely stock delivery for smooth operation of the organization.
Coordinate regular follow ups with other functional departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Administration and MIS.
Have experience to handle/ maintain Petty cash bills and Petty cash Register
Have experience to carry out stock Inventories in warehouses.
Have experience to maintain assets list, Log books and fleet card records.
Monitor and manage team members to ensure they perform effectively and provide required support services.
