Over 15 years of Driving and Fleet Supervising experience. Responsible for the driver's duty roaster, Fuel and Vehicles maintenance. Monthly Timesheets and Overtime Documentation. As driver Responsible for the safety and security of passengers and the proper care and operation of the vehicle. To drive and maintain the vehicle in a professional, conscientious and safe manner obeying the local road traffic laws. To ensure all the times the vehicle is equipped with the appropriate tools and spare parts (functioning jack, tool kit, a spare wheel, fire extinguisher and an approved first aid kit)
1. Responsible for loading and offloading of vehicle and assign ing duties to the drivers.
2. Observe security policy and guidelines and vehicle policy at all times
3. Maintain records and logbooks regarding mileage, servicing, petrol consumption and general vehicle condition.
4. To assist with logistics and purchasing when requested by the Admin Officer, or Admin Team.
5. Must ensure that image and reputation of the organization
is appreciated by behaving nicely and professionally while visiting different civil society organizations offices and interactions with their support or other staff.
1. Drives office vehicles for transport of authorized personnel to different destinations, including field visits. Meeting official
Personnel and visitors at the airport, assisting with basic visa and customs formalities arrangements, as required.
2. Delivery/collection and customs clearance of official incoming and outgoing pouches and transportation of documents, handdel dilvery mail, parcels and other heavy items to or from USAID, Ministries, Embassies, Universities, airport, etc.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the vehicle, checks fuel, oil, battery, breaks, tyres , etc. Performs minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, ensures the proper functioning and cleanliness of the vehicle.
4. Logs official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, greasing, etc.
5. Procures minor supplies for USAID OFFICE, obtaining invoices for local purchase and arranges to pay office telephone and other bills, as required.
6. Performs messenger services within the office, if needed and perform other related duties. Achievement activities include:

8. Maintaining all the required documents/supplies up to date; including vehicle insurance, license, registration, logs, office directory, first aid kit, and necessary spare parts in the assigned vehicle;
