- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The company deals in manufacturing of Bi-axially oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate Films.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling the shift as a Shift Incharge (Film Production).
Complete Erection and Commissioning of Plant (Line-2) with Garman Dornier team.
Participation in weekly project coordination meeting with GMP.
Responsibility of processing of Raw Material (PET granules, Recycled granules & various additives master batches) into finished film product.
Raw material handling including (Tipping, Conveying, storage, Drying & crystallization of material).
Complete process control (Extrusion, casting, pinning, orientation, different chemical treatment, corona treatment, recycling grinder).
Observing DCS control to ensure that operating parameters are within normal range and responding promptly to operational signals and alarms.
Maintain maximum production and high quality during shift period.
Change the thickness and grade according to plan.
To maintain all film parameters within specification.
To be responsible for minimizing gauge variation by effective die control.
Provide effective trouble shooting services.
Safe handling of material and minimize losses.
Responsible for keeping machine records and managing all paper works, log sheets and reports.
Continuous inspection and monitoring of roll quality on winder.
Assistance with Quality control lab, Quality assurance and slitting department.
To train motivate and control all trainees, supervisors, operators and workers.
To maintain constant production to achieve the monthly targets effectively.
Maintain plant under HSE, BRC and ISO rules and regulations.

BRUCKNER BOPP
The company deals in manufacturing of Bi-axially oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate Films.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling the plant as a Line Incharge.
Commissioning of plant machinery; TDO, MDO and Pull Roll setting.
Die dismantling, internal servicing, cleaning and assembling.
Material balancing of Extruders and silos.
Flushing of all closed loops.
Complete process control, include extrusion, casting, orientation, corona treatment and finished product.
Line parameters setting.
Change the thickness and grade according to plan.
Provide effective trouble shooting services.
Chemical selections and composition of required testing chemical preparation.
Raw material chemicals characteristics and process parameters recipe formation.
Raw material handling including dosing of HOMOPOLYMER, COPOLYMER, different ADDITIVES and REPROCESSED Polypropylene.
Recipe formation for production.
Operation department controlling.
Daily meeting with Plant manager and GM to give briefings of whole section and also prepare minutes of meeting.
To achieve the planned production and ensuring to meet the targets within the time.
Production planning, scheduling and monitoring, general reports maintenance.
Make shift wise production report and work permits system.
Lead, develop and evaluate production staff.
Man power control, work execution and safety assurance.
