     Mission 1:
·         The Community Mobilizer will :
·         Identified and assessed flood affected population from the relevant areas
·         Conduct outreach activities in the areas under coverage of the project, including identification of vulnerable communities for cash distribution. Identification of house hold for the provision of winterization kits.
·         Will conduct meetings with community steak holders and keep engage them for indication of the effects.
Mission 2: Data & Reporting
·         Compile data sheets on daily basis for all activities and share with Line Manager and M&E unit.
·         Update database regularly in both digital and hard copy forms.(if needed)
·         Regular reporting of field activities and other activities
·         Share lessons learnt in the field, prepare case studies and success stories.

Community organization and committee formation (with signing of MOUs, TOPs)
Beneficiaries identification and verification for the different project components
Beneficiaries training if required on specific components and for effective participation in the project
Solving and reporting issues regarding children and women and girls and facilitators.
Report logistic needs to CP Officers and WPE Officers for any activities on-ground.
Ensure that the CP and GBV cases are identified from communities and Safe Spaces and are reported to caseworkers for further case management.
Undertake village level planning exercises and able to identify community prioritized infrastructure requirements
Close coordination with WASH Officer for site selection and with logistics for material supply the site
Close coordination with beneficiaries for WASH, cash for work, provision of agricultural inputs of the project
Maintains gender-disaggregated beneficiary record and work tracking sheet with assistance from other staff
Prepares weekly progress and Feedback reports and project reports etc.
Any task assigned by the Supervisor

·         Formation of CBO (Community based Organization) with signing of MOUs to Involve members of the community through inclusive approach (community participation).
·         Beneficiaries, Childern training for effective participation in the project and to Promote ownership by the community.
·         Target beneficiaries’ identification and verification.
·         Actively contribute to the capacity building of targeted village organizations in coordination with Local elders and other stakeholder.
·         Engage UCC, VC, local influential in development of Village and to promote education.
·         Closely coordinate with logistics for School material supply like BOOKs /Bags.
