To conduct the exit interview of the management staff.
Monitoring of the different approvals of all advances and other expenses of employees in the company.
Assessment of annually increment in the company
Conduct job analysis and job Evaluation quatrely
Control Leave Management under company policy
Deal with Social Security, EOBI, WAPDA, LDA, PEPA, Corporation and labor Departments
Handle Administartion matters (SSC-Factory- Ware Houses- RO’S Lahore)
Monitor security & safety staff and availability of safety equipments at sight.
Approved all leaves and lates of admin and ware house staff.
Check daily in and out register of parcels and letters from OCS and PDHS.
Visiting office on daily basis.
Other duties as assigned by business unit head
