I graduated as a mechanical engineer from an international Islamic university in 2021, and after that, I began working for a company where I had to oversee the procurement process and various official operations. I then joined an e-commerce company as an operational manager where I had to oversee various virtual assistants, train new and existing employees, plan, assign, and supervise work, analyze their daily work, and write down my observations. My responsibilities was to deal with clients, generate sales, resolve the quarries of any clients, regarding company profile and guide them about the company future plans and its growth apart from that i resolved the queries of the company\'s beloved clients and give them solutions to their queries.
