Currently working as District Coordinator in VTT Global in district Tharparkar. The project is 3rd party monitoring of BDRP being implemented by RDF.

• Ensured project implementation as per agreement with partner and donor
• Assisted partner/donor MEAL Officer to develop M&E plan
• Prepared M&E tools (formats/forms) to collect monitoring data
• Assisted partner/donor MEAL officer in data analysis
• Ensured output/outcome indicators delivered as planned to achieve project objectives.
• Monitoring of project activities as per schedule and reporting to the project coordinator
• Ensured that cost effectiveness is maintained and work is done efficiently and expected quality is maintained.
• Ensured that the project is contributing towards overall goal/impact of the project.
• Identified and reported deviation from plans and indicated reasons for that. Also ensured changes in plan were endorsed by the partner and PVDP management
• Ensured that participatory approaches are followed from establishing baseline information to planning, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluation are under taken in a participatory manner fully involving the communities and the project staff.
• Ensured active participation of women beneficiaries in all phases of the project cycle by guiding field staff.
• Coordinated with the Project focal persons to ensure that all spending are made during the implementation according to planned project.
• Coordinated with the radio station authorities for recording and broadcasting of radio messages and programs
• Managed Complaints and feedback mechanism and key messages through helpline
