In collaboration with the CP Manager, support teams in developing regular project work plans of activities being carried out in Child Protection Unit.
Ensure that organizational Case management tools are well understood by the teams and are in
use for case identification and referrals.
Regularly organize meetings with the government department and civil society organizations to highlight the importance of CPU\'s work in the district contributing towards its sustainability.
Regularly check the data recording tools to ensure that the CPU team is filling accurate
information of the cases identified.
Regularly follow up with the focal points in different departments and CSOs to seek support for an
immediate service provision to the referred cases.
Ensure accuracy of data, correct record entry in the data base.
Ensure information sharing protocols are well understood and applied to avoid any data breach Ensure focal points are identified and nominated in each of the government departments for case referrals
With the support from CP manager, ensure all staff are trained on the technical aspects of child protection, Child Protection Unit, Case Management (including Case Identification and Referral Mechanisms) combined with CP Community Networks
Adapt, contextualize, and translate relevant intervention packages and tools for the field teams Work with field staff, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure that district-level coordination with relevant government line departments is established (through an MOU) during project start-up phase.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure timely progress tracking and agree on way forward.
Provide support to teachers to develop, review, update and implement School Improvement Plans involving SMCs, Community Organizations
Facilitate and monitor the schools in refugees camps
Conduct meetings for the drop out control and new enrolment
Conduct the mass community meetings to strengthen the schooling process
Organize regular purposeful SMC meetings and ensure parent-teachers meetings
Ensure that SMCs and general community take active part in implementation & monitoring and encourage community contribution
To design and develop smart capacity building modules for teachers and head teachers
Introduce new, practical and effective instructional methods
To work in close contact with teachers, head teachers, SMCs to conduct school based self-assessment exercises to measure progress against indicators
Provide regular on-site classrooms based academic follow up support to teachers to improve content mastery & pedagogical skills
To take appropriate steps to improve overall child friendly teaching & learning environment in targeted schools
To identify skilled & best performing teachers within the schools and clusters and make sure that these teachers work as mentors for other teachers
To create professional & stress free conditions where teachers are willing to share their challenges with the Education Promoters, senior teachers and their colleagues
Promote and organize regular co-curricular activities
Hold refresher courses at times for 2nd shift school teachers
Use/ administer classroom / school based tools and record the same in data base
Any other task can be assigned

Community mobilization
Monitoring of project activities in refugees targeted villages.
Supervision Community Workers and All Sectorial Committees including health, education, water and sanitation, youth group
Training on community capacity development and health and hygiene, project cycle at targeted communities in three refugees camp Chagai, Posti and Leje Karez
Quality assurance and proper implementation of projects activities in targeted area within the projects time line and durations
Regular monitoring and reporting of schemes and interventions
Manage and conduct trainings for youths on skill development
Conduct Capacity Building trainings on sustainable livelihood opportunities and on agricultural development tools and techniques
Conduct yearly events i.e. World AIDS Day, World Refugee Day, 16 Days of Activism, World Women Day, Teacher’s Day, Enrollment Campaigns, Anti-Drugs Walk
Preparation of monthly progress reports and work plans
Case Studies reporting of completed schemes and interventions
Daily activities reporting and recording
Cash/Advance management.
Monthly fuels adjustment, utility and office maintenance.
Submission of monthly expense reports with all supporting documents.

Community based Organizations (COs) formation at village level
Conduct capacity building trainings for COs to enhance their basic skills

Identification and selection of beneficiaries’ at village level for agriculture & livestock exposure visits to major cities of Pakistan
Quality assurance and proper implementation of projects activities in targeted area within the projects time line and durations
