                                                Project Cost: 274 million
Responsibilities:                                                                                     
·         Management and Planning of all activities in construction zone for completion of project within stipulated time frame.
·         Performing & ensuring the execution activities at site as per drawings and standards.
·         Preparing demands for construction material.
·         Managing the concerned parties for finishing and structure works.
·         Complete Billing / QS works, QC works, Bar bending schedules etc.
·         Meetings with site & design consultants and clients in case to resolve the issues of sites and drawings.
·         Managing the site visits of clients and other higher authorities.
·         Preparing the Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) for the office records and smoothness of project.
Billings of the petty contractors etc.

Projects:
Strengthening of University of Narowal
Strengthening & Expansion of UOG and Allied Campuses (Narowal Component)
Establishment of Dr. Ashfaq Ahmed Khan National Center in Basic Sciences
Project Cost: +8 Billion PKR
(40 + Buildings, Road works, Landscaping, External Developments etc. )
(Higher Education Commission (HEC) Funded Project)
Responsibilities:                      
                                                Pre-Construction Phase:
·         Checking / Verification of Proposal, Tender & Construction designs / drawings as per requirements and PC-1.
·         Preparations of cost Estimation and BOQ’s with assistance of consultant team for the project within the permissible limits.
·         Approval of designs and cost estimates from HEC & concern departments.
·         Preparations of pre-qualification and tender documents for the selection of contractors.
·         As Secretary Works Committee, scheduling the works committee meetings and preparation of evaluation reports, minutes of meetings and other letter documents.
·         Complete Tender Processing and Documentations including technical reports.
Construction Phase:
·         Inspection of construction sites for quality assurance / quality control and to streamline the projects according to work execution schedules to ensure the completion in stipulated time frame.
·         Checking and verification of the bills / IPC’s and proceed it for further actions of payments.
·         As member of quality assurance committee, the inspection of procured items and preparation of inspection reports
·         Meetings with consultant & Contractors for the Management, Planning of all activities in construction zone and to ensure all works within short time and according to design and standards..
·         Make sure the safety planning at site to work freely.
·         Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports for the submission to funding agency.
Budget Planning for the issuance of quarterly budgets to maintain the smoothness of the projects.

University of Gujrat Narowal Sub Campus
                                                Project Cost: 1048 Million
(Multiple Buildings including Academic Blocks, Student Hostels, Admin & Library Blocks)
(Higher Education Commission (HEC) Funded Project)
                                   
Responsibilities:                                                                                     
·         Management and Planning of all activities in construction zone for completion of project within stipulated time frame.
·         Performing execution activities at site as per drawings and standards.
·         Preparing demands for construction material.
·         Managing the concerned parties for finishing and structure works.
·         Complete Billing / QS works, QC works, Bar bending schedules etc.
·         Meetings with site & design consultants and clients in case to resolve the issues of sites and drawings.
·         Managing the site visits of clients and other higher authorities.
·         Making the Weekly and Monthly progress reports for the submission to the company’s headquarter.

(Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) funded project including Cricket, Hockey, Football Stadiums, other residential buildings, Mosque, Cafeteria, Sports Courts  and External Developments)
