My first job was with SABAWON as social organizer in UNICEF WASH-PATS project. My duty station was District KOhat. My second job was with Pakistan Village Development Organization (PVDP) in the child protection project for the TDPs of North Waziristan Agency.My position with PVDP was Child Protection Monitor. I started my third experience with HUJRA organization in October, 2015. My designation was District coordinator and the project was on Community Policing. My recent job was with SRSP as Senior Livelihood Officer in PPAF's Program for Poverty Reduction-PPR project in Dir Upper.
• S/he will act as a focal person for all Community Policing Project (CPP) related activities and correspondence in assigned district.
• S/he will be responsible for effective execution of project activities in assigned Police station in the district and management of the project.
• S/he will be responsible for all the administrative task of project activities, meetings, trainings and events of assigned district.
• S/he will be responsible for formation of community policing forums (CPF) and other stakeholders’ project orientation and conduction of regular meetings.
• S/he will submit the narrative report of her/his assigned district project activities to the Project Manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• S/he should possess good verbal and written communication skills and conflict resolution competency to manage inter-group dynamics and mediate conflicting interests of varied stakeholders.
I was head of Livelihood Section in the PPAF's Program for Poverty Reduction project. I supervised team of four Livelihood Officers and four Junior Livelihood Officers.
• To monitor ORLs and field activities.
• To monitor Child Protection Issues.
• To report activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis to Coordinator.
• To maintain the ORLs’ data sheets in hard and soft.
• To develop a strong referral mechanism in order to get various services for children and women through various organizations and to make strong coordination with government line departments in order to address CP issues at ORLs target areas.
• To make weekly activities plan to achieve target activities.
• Develop strong coordination with CPFs.
• To conduct meetings of child protection committees for the identification, preventing and responding to CP issues.
• To develop and strengthen linkages with service provider organizations and Govt. line departments.
• To conduct awareness sessions of parents and community elders regarding child rights and child protection issues.
• To mobilize religious leaders to talk about child rights in Islam in their Friday sermons.
• To make out ORLs target map, also develop Social Map.
• To report Child protection issues.
• To involve media in projection of child rights and child protection issues.
• To monitor ORLs activities at regular basis.
• To make case studies of vulnerable children for social services.
• To regularly follow up child protection issues.
• To facilitate CPF on ORL activities and project activities.
