Mr Shakeel having Masters in Sociology has rigorous work experience in Development Sectors for last about 14 years. he has well enough working experience in the field of Humanitarian Response with special focus on emergency response and early recovery interventions in the sectors of Food Security Livelihoods, Nutrition,Education and WASH. he has done remarkable work during current flood (during 2010 ).
Apart from this, Mr Shakeel has good experience to work with the rural communities especially with the females form platform of various local, national as well as International NGOs. he is sound in communication Mobilization, emergency and rescue health services communication organization, CBOs and groups formation, training facilitation and organization and communication and conflict resolution skills at field level.

Key responsibility to run Operation on smooth way with staff managing. Stock managing. Assure maintaince of emergency vehicles on daily basis.
Field activeties plan and monitoring, reporting daliy and activities based. Engaged social organizers in different activities and get feedback. Installations hand pumps in vonurlable communities.
Lead the complete program at district thatta. Coordinate with district adminstration and social welfare dept. On daily basis.
Responsible to take care of all monitoring and reporting aspects of the project as given in project monitoring plan.
Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from districts to donor agencies and hence regional Head office.
Field Visits to physically check and verify the information and data submitted by field team.
Monitoring of all BCC relative activities.
Monitoring of all program related documentation/record keeping ensuring that it meets the desired standard.
To carry-out necessary reporting for NRSP's monthly and quarterly progress reports or as per donors requirements.
Support project manager to develop and maintain learning sharing mechanism for further improvements in program/ projects designs and implementation strategy.
To collect and catalog relevant case studies from the field, photographs and captions from staff and delegates for use with reports.
• Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
• Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
• Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
• Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
• Assist District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities, disbursement of project beneficiary allowances, district based procurement (as and where needed) and maintaining update financial and compliance records/matters.
• Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
• Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while
• adhering to quarterly/annual work plan targets and indicators.
• Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
• Assist the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
• Organize / Coordinate meetings and take minutes accordingly
• Collect content analytics from tablets
• Perform any other task / duties as assigned by supervisor
Programme Planning & Implementation
Lead and support to field staff to ensure that the project is being implemented effectively with high impact according to agreement with donor and with technical quality standards.
Responsible for successful implementation of the project in accordance with the approved LFA, work plan and budget
Develop detailed monthly activity plan in collaboration with donors based on the approved work plan
Induct all key stakeholders in the salient elements of the project
Set in place a monthly progress review and planning mechanism for the project team
Maintain a solid, up-to-date understanding of the factors related to the project and orient and share with the apex management and leadership of the organization
Prepare and submit narrative reports monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis to report on project progress at output and outcomes/results level as per organization’s and donor's requirements
Responsible for monthly progress reports, intermediate reports, and end of the project final report to the management
Oversee periodic reporting formats to record progress toward achievement of planned targets;
Identify gaps, under-performance and work with the partner for improvement and course correction
Ensure maintenance of project documentation
Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management and the leadership
