Flexibility is an important ingredient as the employee faces problems while fitting in a new environment. For me i can fit in new situation by learning and taking guidance from others. Decision making holds up main importance because if the decision which we are making is or not beneficial to the organization, decision making is a key to go through every single details. In business school we learned about the skills for decision making. Problem solving skills required that mindset so i will focus on problem, evaluate and select the solution to the given problem. We can go through or repeat the same process again if our problem is not solved. Optimistic mindset focuses on positive attitude and searching better ways to grow in the future . As having positive attitude so positivity create positive impact on environment of an organization it continues and bring more positive changes in the environment and to contribute and motivate others for the betterment of organization.
