Working as a Lead Cost Control at Mohmand Dam Hydrowpower Project.

Responsibilities includes,
Supervise & Manage construction activities of Hydraulic Structures (Barrage, Head Regulator, canal, spurs, Guide banks, marginal bund etc.), Contractor site facilities, Irrigation Colony, Roads & Bridges, & coordinate with Site Execution Staff to solve their queries.
+ Preparation of Shop/As-Built Drawing of Hydraulic Structures (Barrage, Head Regulator, canal, spurs, Guide banks , marginal bund etc.), Consultant site facilities, Irrigation Colony, Water supply & sewerage system, Roads, Bridges including Bar Bending Schedule’s and getting its approval from the Engineer.
+ Level-3 Planning & Scheduling on Primavera P6 Professional R 8.2.
+ Preparation of Monthly Look Ahead & As Built Schedules on Primavera P6.
+ Monitoring and analyzing the progress, manpower efficiency, consumption of direct materials and consumable and equipment utilization and comparing with the budget.
+ Revenue Projection on Monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
+ Thoroughly familiar with scope of work, all relevant contractual documents, Budget, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) etc.
+ Preparation of Monthly & Weekly Report by getting Actual Progress on Site
+ Preparation of Method Statement for civil works.
+ Preparation of Monthly Reconciliation Report of Steel & Concrete.
+ Assist Manager Planning & FEDC to keep record of Bottlenecks and follow-up for resolution of the same
+ Closely Coordinate with Design Engineer of Consultant; solve technical matters relevant to drawings
+ Closely coordinate with steel yard I/C to minimize wastage and rework.
+ Identification of changes in drawings and notify to the Engineer for variation order and claims
Develop coordination with different departments to enhance progress and minimize rework e.g. Mechanical and Electrical section, Quantity & Surveying Section etc.
+ Quantities take off from construction drawing of the project and make comparisons with BOQ for the planning pu

Supervise construction activities like Embankment, Sub Grade and Pavement Structure i.e. Sub Base, Aggregate base course, Asphaltic base course and Wearing Course for 28 km Road.
+ Prepared Shop Drawings of Medium span Bridges & Culverts (Box + Pipe) & getting its approval from the Engineer.
+ Prepared monthly progress reports and taking its approval from client.
+ Prepare Material Requirement Plan and its follow up with planning department.
+ Checking of subcontractor bills according to project drawings & specification.
Dealing with Vendors to ensure delivery of materials as per project specifications.
+ Manage equipment’s according to site requirement.
+ Worked closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operating staff.
+ To Coordinate with Laboratories for the testing activities on site.
+ Prepare of As-Built Drawing of Repairing works of LBDC/ BS link Canal, Spillway.
