Mr. Manzoor is a Program Quality, Monitoring and Evaluation expert with MSc Rural Development B.S. Sociology. He has worked in Rule of Law, WASH, and Global Fund programs Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS with two various Principle Recipients (PRs) for South Region of Pakistan. He has experienced Emergency Response, Recovery and Rehabilitation programs through participatory approach. He has worked with various public and private national and international organizations. Key areas of expertise include project designing, ME frameworks and Monitoring Plans, Indicator Monitoring, Track Progress, and conduct Periodic Evaluation along with Designing Tools, Field Based Monitoring/Action, Team Management, SR Management, Data Management, Data Analysis, and Report Writing. He has been involved in Data Consolidation, progress Update Disbursement Request (PUDR) Compilation and LFA verification. In addition, he has good coordination skills to involve stakeholders.
