Negotiating and Decision making regarding execution of different projects. Prepare progress reports & work schedule of the projects.Pre-Qualify sub-contractors eligible as per selection criteria, scrutiny of company profiles, interviews and finally put up recommendations for approvals of the consultant/clients.Review of specifications, BOQ and tender documents prepared by the consultant and recommend any addition or deletion as per project requirement.
Interviewing and shortlisting new engineers for the engineering cell.

Prepare rate analysis

Prepare and Submit Bid after enclosing all technical & financial offers.
After award of letter of acceptance (LOA) submit all relevant documents to start execution works at site smoothly till TOC.
Approvals
Preparation of shop drawing for approvals from client /Consultant.Preparation of schedule with quantities as per shop drawings and vet/ Approval from consultant/ Client .Preparation of P.O’s to approved manufacturer and submit technical data for approval from client /consultant. Arrange all approvals (NOC/ FAT/IC’s)as per requirement
