1.       Maintain database for the Child Helpline for reporting the cases reported to Child Helpline or through any other sources.
2.         Train and aware the Child Protection Units (CPUs) and Social Welfare Department (SWD) Sindh staff about the structure and functioning of MIS.
3.        Develop regular analytical report from the MIS to inform programming and advice to Project Manager on actions to be taken on the basis of the data. 
4.        Develop formats for data collection as per database requirement. 
5.        Maintain and update the data of Helpline cases in Child Protection Unit (CPU). 
6.        Facilitate the staff in preparing case follow-up, review and monitoring
7.        Generate progress reports of children cases, registered by Helpline for case management.
8.        Keep complete records of all referred cases to service providers.
9.        Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all service providers. 
10.      Maintain and update the information of all service providers/referral partners.
11.      Monitor major newspapers for identifying cases of violence and exploitation. 
12.      Make liaison with relevant government departments for the collection of data. 
13.      Create an information/data sharing mechanism with referral partners, government departments.
SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS
1.       Developed Case Management application, for District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) and gathering data on it since 2020, Reports compile, and data analysis.
2.       Developed website for Sindh Child Protection Authority, (SCPA) Sindh.
3.       Developed Application for Helpline 1121 for keeping call record data, generate Reports for Helpline 1121 and analysis data 
4.         Working on complete exercise to gather data and understand the software requirement for CPIMS system. OPM, LUMS Teams, and make liaison between all department with team to understand their requirement on CPIMS system in Sindh
5.        In Emergency Monsoon 2022, gathering data from different organization on MHPSS. Working on 5W Matrix
