• To prepare Custom clearing documents with both techniques Weboc & care system & manual clearing and dealing with shipping lines, internet browsing to check the current status of our shipments and application of care system for submission of GD’s etc
• Deals with foreign buyers to give tried best services with respect of documentation of their consignments.
• Deals with Import Machines (Siruba, Juki, Knittings and Cutters, Irons and etc etc,) in SB Hosiery Factory (Pvt) Ltd., & Slam and Company, Haroon Sulman Industries., Faisalabad. (Years 1998 to 2005).
• Deal with foreign as well as local banks for Negotiation of documents on best pervading exchange rates, Dispatch of documents, minimize the discrepancies and find out the solution of discrepancies, to give monthly stock statements and all banking matters.
• Handling all loan accounts & (Parties Accounts) like PART-II, PART-I,(Post Shipment FAFB, Pre Shipment FAPC), RUNNING FINANCE,, LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM BANK BORROWINGS, LTF-EOP (Export oriented Projects) Forward Booking at full option or free option, Cheque discounting limits, Inland Letter of Credit and having a complete knowledge of its mark-up calculation and make its reports for future decision making.
• Enough knowledge for preparation of Visa documents, legalization of export documents from foreign office or its related embassy.
• Handling DTRE Scheme & DLTL (Research and Development Cases) in fabrics, Garments, and made ups and deals with relevant associations. In time submission to relevant authorized dealer for further submission to State Bank of Pakistan, and record keeping of received and receivables of R&D income.
• Apply the Rebate cases to Custom and their follow up up till receiving of cheques against these cases.
