My job include managing and coordinating the site, set up activities, be responsible for overall cost effective running of sites and supervise and manage site work in terms of progress and quality.
Build electrical power distribution systems in overhead and underground facilities.
Design cable routes and develop physical layouts including height, spacing and location parameters.
Determine electrical equipment needs and quantities for development of new power systems.
Provide engineering support to operations and maintenances of power distribution systems.
Monitor performances of electrical systems and recommend improvements.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintenance of the over head and underground LV/HV network.
Prepare weekly& monthly operation & maintenance schedules
Preparing and process the LV/HV shut down schedule to operation and maintenance section.

Work with Manager in planning and executing assigned electrical distribution projects within deadlines and budgets.

Maintain documentations of all engineering tasks performed for future reference purposes.
Prepare as-Built Drawing in Auto -Cad & Work order actual quantities.
Worked on electrical load design of a G+16 story building: calculating the T/F selection, Electrical load calculation, Breaker size calculation, cable sizing calculation, Lux level calculation, Capacitor bank calculation, bus bar & Earthing calculation, Voltage drop calculation.
Worked on electrical load design of a commercial complex: lighting calculations, power calculations, AC calculation.
Preparation of single line diagram layouts, specification for electrical equipments such as Transformer, Energy meter fuses, Circuit Breaker (MCB, MCCB), RYB cables, Voltage drop calculation, Distribution boards. selection of main distribution circuit board with breaker size
Review material submittals of all Electrical systems for compliance with specifications and required local/federal/international standards.
Understanding shop drawings and co-ordination drawings of all Electrical systems to comply with reference to contract drawings and site conditions.
Getting the work done at site as per approved drawings.
Supervising the Installation of Electrical System at site as per the drawings approved.
Clarifying any confusion in the drawings of MEP Systems.
Providing routing changes as site as per civil considerations.
Client meetings, site visits, co-ordinating with senior Engineers.
Reporting to the management about the variations in the project & the status of works completed.
To carry out routine site visits and to issue site instructions and non conformance in case deviation is observed with respect to material, procedure, routing of services, delay etc.
To attend progress, technical and co-ordination meetings with the client and contractor respectively.
