Stock Management
Closely monitor Store Orders OPL/ Normal Order.
Keep close Liaison with Offer Management and Supplier for stock and delivery follow ups.
Maintain Stock holding within Budget and assure maximum stock availability (Service Level).
Logistics and General Administration
Assist Line Manager to Control issuance of Purchase Orders and corresponding CAPEX for non-trade supplies based on its use, management and distribution.
Assist Line Manager to monitor and ensure prompt and accurate generation of reports and facilitates immediate dissemination / distribution to concerned units.
Assist Line Manager to expedite procurement of Store supplies and the processing of payment requests of non-trade supplies.
Assist Line Manager to monitor the store's shrinkage, especially the Fresh Department.
Assists Store Manager in budget preparation and monitors actual expenditures versus budget.
Audit Functions
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures by all departments.
Conduct audit on GR transactions prior to submission of all GR documents to Invoice Control.
Manage to conduct cyclic and annual stock takes and ensures speedy reconciliation and rationalization of gathered data on annual basis

• Maintain proper stock levels to provide full support to sales team.
• Plan and coordinate shift operations with W/H team for uninterrupted business operations.
• Review daily load plan communicated by supplier supervisors; mobilize resources for timely market dispatches.
• Plan and review NWT’s inventory replenishment on assigned DOC target. Ensures that the replenishment is managed appropriately to eliminate potential NPI’s
• Arrange and plan logistics at 90% VFR for all channels.
• Utilize dedicated vehicles for SD/USC shipments where possible to reduce F&F cost/ extra hiring.
• Visually inspect W/H on random basis and highlight issues to BM/RM pertaining to cleanliness, pest control, fumigation, dusting for immediate action.
• Make sure W/H should be completely sealed and only authorized designations entrance is allowed.
• Consolidate daily physical count carried by W/H officers and reconcile the stocks to ensure 100% IRA and highlight if there are any outages on time.
• Manage all receiving and shipments in adherence to SOP’s with proper documentation.
• Timely manage container off-loading for HFS, WS, MR and Sub-D as per company standards.
• Approve Sub-D shipment as per advance and balance amount being posted, cross check the value of order processed by IT Officer against bank MIS amount.
• Follow-up with CBD for timely GRN’s collection, maintain record of USC invoices/GRN and share with S&D for further processing
• Maintain proper record of all required documentations for audit purpose.
• Maintain periodic inventory record for insurance cover
• Ensure that warehouse officer inputs timings of loading/unloading on VLS sheets and hands over to IT officers.
• Keep a track of damages, expiry and scrapping.
• Provide warehouse related data as per day to day requirement (Number of pallets, stack height, temperature tracking, MSU storage/capacity, inventory details etc.)
• Responsible for proper documentation of all shipments, receiving, complaint formats.
• To enter journal, general, goods receipt vouchers and factory payment vouchers to GL.
• Preparations of pay roll of factory and head office as well.
• Coordination with other departments for different assignments.
• To prepare suppliers reconciliation statements.
• Cross verification of payment vouchers.
• Surprise audit of factory warehouse.
• Highlight audit outages and SOP violations to management.
