1- To develop and implement QMS (Quality Management System), and maintain
in the company.
2- Establish quality objectives in coordination with the HOD’s department-wise.
3- Define QMS procedures and related documents.
4- Create Engineering Plan for Process Improvements etc.
5- Initiative 5S projects and implement them on the floor for process
improvements etc.
6- Develop project plans (Kaizens, Process Improvements, etc.).
7- Assist in overall planning, scheduling & and provision of training. Reporting to
Head of Compliance & Systems on the performance of QMS.
8- Assist in monitoring the vital activities at the ETM including desk audits and
certification audits.
9- Liaise with relevant departments on the matters related to the ETM quality
system.
10-Take corrective action and preventive action against the identified non-
conformities.
11- Perform internal audit of operational activities and report to Head of
Compliance and systems.
12- Ensuring all required working documents are prepared.
13- Reviewing quality system documents for adequacy.
14- Representative of the compliance team in support of the external auditors &
and attend the opening and closing meetings.
15- Participating in the Management Review meeting.
16- To facilitate external auditors to perform Certification Audits for SMS, QMS,
and GOTS in ETM
17- To conduct training sessions for QMS/EMS/SMS/GOTS/Oekotex in Company.
18- Act as instructed by the Head of Compliance & Systems.
