 Design and development of Molds and Products using CAD Software like solid works.  Having sound knowledge of Injection Molding process.  Hands on experience of Injection Molding Machines (DAKUMAR, GOLDEN EAGLE, JET MASTER).  Sound Knowledge of polymer grades used in plastic packaging.  Knowledge of plastic defects such as flow marks, warpage, voids, sink mark, weld lines,short shot etc, their causes and solutions occur during processing.  Ability to troubleshoot and fix faults in injection molding process  Aware of tooling safety during processing and handling.  Having experience in Quality Control of plastic parts. 

Assisting in the maintenance and documentation of the ISO 9000 Quality Management System, ensuring it aligns with the requirements of the ISO 9000 standards. Monitoring compliance with ISO 9000 requirements across various departments and processes within the organization. This may involve conducting internal audits and ensuring corrective actions are taken when non-conformities are identified. Monitor and coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control measures, and safety guidelines.. Collaborating with different teams to identify opportunities for process improvement that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization\\\'s operations while adhering to ISO 9000 standard. Assisting in conducting training sessions or workshops to raise awareness about ISO 9000 standards among employees, ensuring that they understand their roles in maintaining and complying with the QM.
