• Gas Turbine (9E Frame) runs on dual fuel, HSD Oil & (HSFO).
• 132 KV Switchyard systems with one and half breaker scheme.
• operation and daily log sheets Troubleshoot reports
• Synchronization of Plant with system NPCC.
• lube oil system
• Air intake auto backwash filters cleaning system. (APU)
• Hot gas path boiler for heating system
• Water injection system
• Fuel oil treatment plant etc.
• Instrument Air system
• Startup with Mark Vie Control
• CW System (Open Cycle & Close Cycle)
• HSD and HSFO forwarding system
• Overall generation procedure and attend inspection of 210MW unit.
• Review daily machinery maintenance turn over reports upon completion of the work Maintenance of Factory machine control & automation system.
• Learned about calibration and control of process variables.
• Check reports on existing machine problems or symptoms/signs of impending mechanical or electrical problems discuss/report them to the Resident Engineer.
• Meeting with the team leader and supervisors on technical issues.
• Preparation of weekly reports to site activity
• Checks the daily machine downtime report & send it to Shift engineer.
• Monitor the site activities
• Attending meeting on site issues and installation with vendor personals

• Hydel : system and vertical hanging machine maintenance: Tunnel, penstock, Air release valve, Dewatering valve, over-speed velocity paddle, Guide wanes, stuffing box, main guide bearing, coupling of turbine with Generator shaft, Thrust bearing, lower guard bearing , upper guard bearing, Governor system, Hydraulically operated Servo motors, Heating and ventilation Air conditioning system (HVAC), Crane.
