•        Designated as a Regional Manager of Punjab with the responsibilities of leading the development and implementation of regional programmes and strategies in line with the organization’s vision and mission
•        Responsible for preparing Clinic and Field Team payroll and sending it to RMO.
•        Ensuring effective management of regional resources, including budgets, personnel, and assets
•        Accentuated the tasks under the role of Regional Manager and learned various techniques of using data analytics tools in collecting and managing data
•        Played a crucial role as a team leader of a team consisting of 27 team members and produced positive results in collaboration with multiple institutions at the annual reporting.
•        Acquired knowledge of producing results by evaluating the research gap in the case presented  by the organization  

•        During the tenure of seven months, the responsibilities included the data collectionplanning, implementing, controlling and monitoring the field operations of the project according to standard business format.

•        Visited different areas to train junior-level teams to perform the assigned task while conducting pieces of training and setting their duties, and monitoring them
•        In the final Assessment, acknowledged the business techniques, training softwares and hardware to run the training programme.
•        The fundraising and loans programmes also cultivated which resulted in profounding local business setups and brought 49 local businesses 
•        Learned the ethics of training local business startups and reviewing the queries and feedback  

•        The European Union funded the project with the requirement of tasks under the legal framework
•        Conducted Community-based awareness sessions while explaining the legal aid and provision 
•        Managed the team as a team leader and worked under the international forum pattern 
•        Worked under immediate dates of responsibilities and learned the communication skills to discuss the matter/project with the Project’s Head. 
•        I also got a grasp on the research of both types, qualitative (secondary data usage) and quantitative (using sampling data method) research.
•        In the final six months of the project, the legal framework helped me understand different scenarios using legal terms and methods by producing effective results 

•        Conducted surveys at the local district-level hospitals and reviewed the collected data by the team working under my leadership
•        Responsible for submitting reports (project related, financial) in a timely way to the DP
