We are seeking Census Enumerators who are dependable and self-driven to ensure the successful completion of our census data collection process. As a Census Enumerator, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and collecting information from households and individuals within a specific area. Our ideal candidate is a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, has good attention to detail, and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with individuals to collect census data.
Follow census procedures and protocols in collecting and recording data.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
Conduct follow-up interviews as necessary to obtain missing or incomplete data.
Utilize electronic devices to record data.
Report any issues or concerns to the Census Supervisor.
Work in an assigned geographical area, walking or driving to designated locations.
Be available to work a schedule that is flexible, including weekends and evenings, as required.

Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors

Take the lead on the implementation of the nutrition programme, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition(IMAM) in all target locations;
Develop monthly work plans with the support of the nutrition officer;
Work with the MEAL team to register, verify, and form porridge mum/dad groups using target criteria;
Work closely with community structures to follow up on the implementation of Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition (IMAM), Maternal Infant and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCN) activities, MUAC screening, hygiene promotion, and complementary feeding with the support from the Nutrition officer;
Maintain a database of all Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition (IMAM) and Maternal Infant and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCN) beneficiaries and update regularly as needed;
Participate in sensitization meetings with vendors before each disbursement;
Provide ongoing support and guidance to health workers as they implement the Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition (IMAM) programme;
Communicate effectively with your line manager on programmed implementation, progress, and challenges that arise during the cost of the implementation;
Ensure proper documentation of all activities and prepare/share monthly reports on Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition (IMAM) / Maternal Infant and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCN) activities;
Using approved tools, document all referrals and follow-up information of all children with MAM;
Support the M&E team in data collection for screening, PDMs, KAP surveys, or other nutrition-related assessments;
Supervise routine Mid Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC) screenings by Community Nutrition Mobilizers (CNMs);
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly summaries of all nutrition information captured;
Organize and participate in community sensitization meetings including community entry meetings, feedback meetings with stakeholders, community nutrition mobilizers, etc;
Support the development of banners and placement;
Participate in local coordination meetings as required;
Supervise activities of Community Health Influence Programmed and Services (CHIPS) agents / Community Volunteers.

Community Social Mobilizer will be responsible to implement all field-level activities including data collection, organize training, and meetings with stakeholders in the communities.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the District Coordinator in day to day operations of the project such as:
Data collection and finalizing of the field areas based on number in the communities
Organizing and holding community meetings
Meetings with community groups
Community Mobilization sessions
Organizing community based events
Organizing the trainings
Preparing field activity reports and monthly reports
Organizing meetings with concerned department for district coordinators and project manager
Draft or contribute to other project reports and presentations on activities as requested and provide data analysis
To maintain hard and soft data base of each consultation, meeting, and awareness session in community
Strictly follow the ethical principles of Client safety and confidentiality and informed consent while offering the services
Data-protection protocols to safeguard confidentiality and protect those registered from potential protection risks, including violence, discrimination, or stigma
Ensure safety and security of documents/ assets handover to him/her for assigned task, in case of any loss or damage to asset he/she should immediately inform supervisor.
Follow organization policies and guidelines provided to him/her during orientation, in case of any violation of organization policy his/her contract will be terminated with immediate effect and strict action will be taken by organization.

Participate in planning and budgeting, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.

· Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community level engagements.

· Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.

· Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.

· Facilitate stakeholders and partners in supervision and monitoring of programmatic activities.

· Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually.
