Job Title: Regional Retail Manager

Position Overview:
The Regional Retail Manager will oversee the performance and operations of retail stores within a specified geographic region for Tecno mobile Pakistan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the execution of company strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and leading a team of Store Managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Performance Management:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance within the region.
Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute regional promotions and campaigns.



Operational Excellence:

Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards for operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising, to maximize sales and minimize loss.
Monitor and maintain high standards of store presentation, including layout, signage, and displays.



Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and retail staff to build a high-performing team.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.



Customer Experience:

Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.
Implement customer service initiatives and best practices to enhance the shopping experience and drive loyalty.



Financial Management:

Manage the regional budget, including payroll, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Monitor financial performance and develop action plans to address variances and achieve financial objectives.



Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and secure store environment.



Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights and recommendations for market expansion, product offerings, and pricing strategies.



Qualifications:

Master degree in Business Administration/Commerce Sale & Marketing , Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in a multi-store environment, preferably within the mobile or technology sector.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel within the region to visit stores and attend meetings.
