• To oversee the complete operations and administration of the Al-Mawakhat Microfinance Company Ltd.
• Implementing operational and administration policies and guidelines for the organization.
• Executing new growth directives.
• Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs. Also develop and implement staff evaluation parameters and ensure training and development.
• Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational and administrative compliance.
• Keeping track of the company’s revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize profits.
• Managing procurement and resource allocation in accordance with the needs of the organization.
• Serves as a member of the organizations key administrative decision-making and planning body.
• Collaborates with other management staff to draft and implement an annual administrative budget after obtaining relevant approvals.
