Leading the teams of Engineers, supervisors and foremen for the execution of the projects.
Ensure that the works are being carried out in accordance with contract requirements and as per Method Statement.
Installation testing and commissioning of systems (Firefighting & Novec1230 systems as per NFPA standards, HVAC systems as per latest technologies and plumbing systems.
Management onsite to ensure that the team carries out the works in time with the delivery schedule.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and
specifications
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

o Project Plan and schedule with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.
o Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved with the project
o Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
o Prepare and maintain MIR & RFIT’s for inspections on site also in store
o Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
o Ensure that project controls documents such as schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems.
o Management and Supervision of inventory
o Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the PM.
