I started doing the job in Bob Cash For Clothes from December 2013 onwards. My duties are booking, confirmation and cancellation of collections from door to door of United Kingdom customers using VOIP based Calls, online portal, emails and social media and also assigning maps for drivers. Customer's satisfaction and feedback are also my responsibilities. I am still doing the job there.

I did a job in PTCL for 13 months. My duties were receiving calls and using online portals during calls. I tried my level best in resolving complains related to Broadband and Evo.

I worked in Ad infinity groups as an internee. My job duties were data entry and blog writing. I did work for more than 5 websites.
