Pay Roll.
Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
• Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
• Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts.
• Coordination with all Units and follow ups for any action items for related tasks.
Recruitment:
• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Conducting Orientation program for new employees
Other Task:
Carrying out Clearance Exercise, I.e Full and Final Settlements
Issuing Appointment Letters, Termination Letters, Warning Letters, Promotion Letters etc
To carry Out other H.R functions on HRMS
