Role Summary:
Heading Karachi Medium Enterprise and Commercial Banking.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Formulation of sales and marketing strategy within acceptable risk parameters.
•Reviewing Dead Relationships while constantly growing the Portfolio in line with the Stipulated Targets.
•Mediating actively and periodically with Top Senior Management to assist various Meetings and Portfolio Management Committees.
Role Summary:
Reporting to Head-SME and aligning credit proposals as per bank policy of Medium Enterprise and Commercial Banking.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Review credit proposals, one-off requests, memos, extensions, deferrals originated from any business office in Pakistan.
•Performing due diligence by analyzing the management, business and financial risks involved in proposals and presenting recommendations to the Head-SME.
•Liaising with various internal control groups to ensure all business deliverables are met in adherence to regulatory, compliance and quality standards.
Role Summary:
Reporting to Division Head and managing domestic contracting finance portfolio comprising of large sized corporate clients.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis and documentation.
•Prepare annual, interim and one-off reviews.
•Responsible for customer relationship, which includes maintaining good relationship with the customers.
•Performing due diligence by analyzing the management, business and financial risks involved in various debt proposals and presenting recommendations to the risk manager.
•Liaising with various internal control groups to ensure all business deliverables are met in adherence to regulatory, compliance and quality standards.
Role Summary:
Reporting to Unit Manager and managing a diverse portfolio comprising of large and medium sized corporate from different sectors (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain) and to market new clients.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Marketing new clients to increase profitability.
•Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis, documentation, and periodical client visits.
•Reviewing client’s accounts profitability and performance for annual and interim reviews.
•Responsible for customer relationship, which includes negotiating term sheets and maintaining good relationship with the customers.
•Performing due diligence by analyzing the management, business and financial risks involved in various debt proposals and presenting recommendations to the risk manager.
•Liaising with various internal control groups to ensure all business deliverables are met in adherence to regulatory, compliance and quality standards.
Role Summary:
Independently managing a credit portfolio (Risk and Revenue responsibility), solicit, structure, negotiate & close opportunities so as to meet budgeted revenue within acceptable risk parameters while assisting Team Leader.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Establish new borrowing relationships, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policy and procedures to enhance the bank’s market share.
•Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
•Structuring facilities while keeping in view client profile, industry risks, bank policy and ensuring facilities are in line with the business requirement of the client.
•Attend customer complaints and provide a proper solution to the issue.
•Ensuring all the business is conducted as per the sharia’s rules and policies.

Role Summary:
Assist Senior Relationship Managers and Team Leader in managing a diverse portfolio comprising of large and medium sized corporate from different sectors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Increasing return / profitability of existing clients through cross selling, increasing facility utilization.
•Liaison with Bank wide support departments such as Trade, Risk Management, Legal, Credit Admin, Branch to ensure client needs and services are fulfilled timely.
•Identify “Early Warning Signals” and highlight potential credit concerns. Devise and implement the required action plan in the best interest of the Bank.
•Manage the existing portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings.
•Preparing and obtaining approval for credit proposals keeping in view the bank policy and client needs.
•Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management
Role Summary:
Perform comprehensive credit and risk analysis, including precise financial statement spreading and credit write-ups covering key areas (i.e. business, industry, financial, management, credit scoring, facility rating and security analysis).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Assist Relationship Managers in day to day operations concerning disbursements, portfolio management, legal documentation and procedures.
•Handle all operational tasks related to day-to-day handling of portfolio and clients’ transactions.
•Prepare monthly / quarterly reports for management review.
•Ensured that all system checks / covenants and documentation are monitored periodically in line with the Credit Policy Manual and Portfolio Internal Control measures.
•Carrying out thorough credit analysis of the borrower’s financial statements focusing on debt servicing ability and stability of income stream through cash flow generation, liquidity and gearing ratios, turnover efficiency and cash generation cycle based on company’s historical and projected statements.
•Coordination with operations, trade finance, treasury and other support departments for prompt execution of all requests.
•Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.
Role Summary:
Accountable for opening and maintenance of customer accounts, preparing proposals related to personal loans, auto loans, over drafts and credit cards while ensuring the delivery of quality service to customers and recognizing opportunities for cross selling.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Respond to customer issues / queries in a timely and efficient manner.
•Assist customers with queries related to accounts, cheque books requisitions, pin numbers, debit & credit cards, ATM cards, statements, online banking and other bank products
•Verify / check all account opening related documents are received prior to opening of A/Cs.
•Maintain a check list for opening of all types of accounts.
•Follow non- negotiable "greet, smile, help & thank" values of the Bank.
•Sound knowledge of bank products and sound operational knowledge.
•Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.
