To supervise the implementation of plans and strategies related to warehousing and
· To supervise the implementation of plans and strategies related to warehousing and logistics operations and the application of system.
· To make sure the daily warehouse activities including placement, stacking, labeling and movement of material with safety within and outside the premises of warehouse.
· To make sure the receiving and issuances of goods and update the inventory records in ERP System.
· Preparations of disposal / unusable material reports and submit to management for further action.
· Strictly Monitor the materials re order level and inform the Procurement Department about required quantity.
· Follow up the pipeline material (local & imports) and inform to relevant Department in case of any delay.
· To develop the new methods and plan to raise the efficiency of warehouse management and exploit different spaces and resources.
· To make sure the implementation of safety and protection systems of workers and material in warehouse.
· Responsible of stock Audit both internal and external Auditor.
· Collect, check and finalized the transportation bills.
