Major Responsibilities,
Provide safe and accessible space for internally displaced women
Increase awareness among women and community members on issues related to well-being, women's rights, sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and gender-based violence (GBV)
Ensure access of internally displaced women to economic activities and other services
Enhance knowledge and skills of internally displaced women to enable them to participate and have control on matters concerning their needs and interest.
WFS facilitators disseminate information about WFS and its services, as well as raise awareness of women on the prevention of gender-based violence
Service Delivery
Access to services such as psychosocial support, reproductive health, cash for work, life skills using the Gender and Equality and Women Empowerment Framework
Partnership and Networking
WFS may be used for gender awareness and education on women's empowerment and gender equality targeting men and boys.
Major Responsibilities
Assist in conducting broad based community meetings (BBCM) / stake holders workshop at community level
Assist in conducting needs assessment / base line / surveys for data collection in the defined project areas
Assist in identification & prioritization of most vulnerable / marginalized villages through PRA tools.
Assist in initial contacts & programme introduction of project in the targeted village
Formation, revitalization, strengthening of village / community development committees / organizations by ensuring inclusion of all segments of society on sustainable basis.
Conduct regular meetings with community organizations for raising awareness about their entitlement i.e. social, economic & rights.
Motivating the communities for the monthly contribution of saving schemes
Facilitate & support other sectoral leads at ground in need identification / prioritization & verification of the project interventions / activities.
Conducting community awareness sessions i.e. (health and hygiene) and organize various training sessions / workshops / Campaigns / Special Events for the members of local community organizations (social forestry, community participation in development, women in development)
Regular follow up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with best possible solutions.
Major Responsibilities
Perform appropriate assessments of IYCF needs and malpractices and do analysis and come up with clear recommendations.
Develop action plan to improve IYCF practice as per national guideline and give technical guidance for the nutrition teams (Nutrition Assistant/Lady Health Visitor/Leady Health Worker/Community Resource Person)
Build the capacity of Outreach supervisor and Community Resource Persons on the community IYCF counseling techniques and ensure that the appropriate techniques are applied all the time
Ensure formation of the mother support group at the community level(in each village) and community IYCF counseling conducted for the group members on regular basis
Identify model mothers and explore their best experience and replicate the best experience in order to improve IYCF practice within the community
Ensure setting up of breast feeding corners at each OTP/SFP sites established at Health facilities
Provide appropriate counseling for PLW, care takers of OTP/SFP beneficiaries and mother groups on breast feeding ,complementary feeding and maternal and child nutrition.
Document case studies regularly and share to the team member and to Nutrition Officer
Produce monthly report regarding IYCF activities and submit to District Nutrition on time
Any other relevant task given by Supervisor

Undertake both routine and specially identified tasks for which the post holder has been trained and assessed as competent.
Ensure proper disposal of clinical waste and change of PPE as per local and nationalguidelines
Confirm the identity of the client, check they are happy to proceed with vaccination. Addressany additional questions or refer back to the registered health care professional as appropriate
Ensure that the client is comfortable, offer seat if necessary, encourage them to relax theirarm and make sure they are in the most appropriate position to receive the vaccine.
Responsibilities for Client Care
Administration of the vaccine to already consented and assessed individuals.
Assess the clients readiness for vaccination
Address any concerns and ensure consent and clinical assessment has already taken place
Check vaccine before administration and report any
concerns i.e. about the syringe/needle/dose to the registered nurse supervisor. Cross check that vaccine
batchnumbers are recorded under the correct client
Disposal of syringes and sharps as per the clinical waste policy
Take on accountability for administration of the vaccine,
once drawn up and clinical assessment carried
Major Responsibilities
Ensuring warmth via continuous skin-to-skin contact between the baby and mother (or a substitute caregiver,such as the father
Increasing nutrition by promoting frequent and exclusive breastfeeding
Providing infection prevention and
Enabling early discharge from health facilities with appropriate counseling and follow-up care.
Develop and adapt national KMC policy and guidelines
Create plans of action for KMC implementation and scale up
Train service providers and improve quality of care
Increase support for KMC among providers and in the community and
Monitor and evaluate KMC services.
Major Responsibilities
Establish and oversee consultative processes between GOP structures and target communities to identify, recommend, design, and develop projects for funding.
Identify potential communities with the consultation of political administration and address their demands accordingly to program policy.
Ensure the successful implementation of project activities, including planning and the transparent procurement of grant-related goods and services. Successful implementation should include on-going consultative processes, and government and community involvement in all phases.
In conjunction with other program staff, evaluate completed projects.
Share with other program staff successful methodologies for consultative approaches to grant development and implementation.
The FO will identify the area/region based on strategic objectives of the program to prioritize the FSP grants.
To persistently coordinate with the implementing partners to track physical progress of the ongoing grants.
To interact/ hold meetings with the POC and TOC members aiming at improving the quality and deliverables and subsequently gaining the confidence of stake holders.
Participate in the bidding of grants and assist the logistics in relevant documentation.
Writing of grant ideas, success stories and weekly grants updates.
To assign duties to field staff and AFO,and their capacity building in report writings, grants updates and community mobilization.
To supervise and manage all activities in absence of ADO/team leader.
