Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports.To initiate, and coordinate the hiring process as per the requirements.To complete the personal and experience verification of newly hired employees.Track and monitor applications, schedule and coordinate recruitment process up to selection of candidates.To ensure the maintenance of personal records of all the project employees and as well as permanent Staff such as wages, Salaries, insurance, leave and training and other staff benefits.To assist and handle employee grievances.To ensure Performance evaluation (Quarterly and yearly ) of the permanent and project staff.Work with other administrative staff (including finance and HR) to ensure proper maintenance of office procedures and record keeping, including filing (electronic and hard copy) as well as storage systems.Responsible for maintaining and saving (electronically and hard copy) important communications and correspondence records (such as letters, e-mails, etc.), related to operations of Branches, Area Offices and regional offices.Ensure that employment files (electronic and hard copy) include relevant documents such as employment agreements, modifications (if applicable), job descriptions, CVs, biodata, salary verification, Personal verification, annual evaluations, and leave entitlements among others.Update employment files on a regular basis and develop a check list.Monitor and maintain attendance record of staff.To provide support in the implementation of HR policies.Investigates and understands causes for staff absences.Coordinate with area offices & Branches on employees related issues.Any other task assigned by the Head of Department.
