Responsibilities At Interwood As an Assistant Manager Costing • Responsible to be pricing, product costing, cost Comparison, Inventory, Valuation, Misc. related to Costing & Import. • Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. • Leading Product costing in SAP Module, monitoring, and reporting systems. • Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures. • Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports. • Making estimates of new and proposed product costs. • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
• Product costing monitoring & investigating of labor, Material, Overhead absorption variance • Analyze opportunities to reduce costs of the company. • Product costing/pricing for both new and existing products. • Monthly Reports and comparison of production performances and suggestions for improvements to Reduce cost • Continuous comparison of Raw material consumption, Production, Overhead, Labor cost & operating expenses. • Checks that all materials used, including those used by subcontractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications. • Manages and oversees the full life cycle of a project costing and additionally oversees the complete project costing department in absence of the department head. • Estimation of Retail & Small project queries of Home Furniture, Office Furniture, Kids & Interior work. • Develops foreign codes on Excel, forwards them for entry in master data. • Reviews master data entries to ensure entries are correctly made. • Prepares comprehensive plans for prices, quantities, analysis, and verification, etc. • Reviews bill of quantity (BOQ) for finalization.
