I have worked at Ghakhar, Siranwali, Ghalla Mandi GRW, MCB Tower GRW, Kamoki, Qila Didar Singh branches with following responsibilities.
▪ Sales and marketing of agricultural products offered by the bank.
▪ Explore new business opportunities.
▪ Timely disbursement of approvals and recovery of Agricultural Finances.
▪ Keep the non-performing loans to the acceptable level.
▪ Field visits for identification & prospective potential bearing borrowers for prudent agriculture lending which ultimately improve the farm management practices.
▪ Check the revenue record, confirming the authenticity of passbook and other related documents.
▪ Field visits for disbursement/ timely recovery of loans as per bank policy.
▪ To ensure inter-departmental coordination for smooth operations and good working relationships.
▪ Achievement of agricultural finance targets through quality financing.
▪ Field investigations to verify the particulars of the applicant and his farm mentioned in application.
▪ Farmers meeting at their door step and resolving their issues regarding crop production and loan processing.
▪ Acquiring business for the bank as the front line contact with farmers for sales of Retail Agriculture financial products (Crop inputs, Dairy Farming, Fisheries, orchard, tunnel farming, poultry, tractor, farm implements/ machinery etc.)
▪ Achievement of agricultural finance targets through quality financing.
▪ Manage day-to-day farm operations including crop planning, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting.
▪ Conduct the trials of new products (hybrid vegetable seeds) to check the performance, adaptability & Screening of hybrid vegetable seeds in Pakistan’s environment at trial station with the leading competitor varieties.
▪ Provide advisory services to the farmers regarding production technology.
