Manage end-to-end operations flow -- ensure smooth operations in line with strategic targets,

Rider performance management -- partnering with the Delivery Operations team to execute on rider onboarding and performance management.

Monitor on time delivery on packages by line haul vehicles to delivery associates at designated reporting points.
Coordinate with packages sorting center to check the package dispatch status, Return packages, line haul vehicles departure and arrival.
